2018 Snoball Royalty Happy Holidays! From the Hive YME students visited MN West on College & Career Day! How BRE 4th grade students welcome Fall! Mrs. Pratt's Advisory with the money we raised to send to Dickinson High School in Dickinson Texas to aide relief efforts in their community as they recover from Hurricane Harvey. This group of seniors were the group leaders this year!  2016-2017 Quad County Wrestling Team 4th and 6th grade students on a snow shoe adventure! Mrs. Hinz's 6th grade Science class spent the warm day in snow shoes! The YME HS Chamber Choir caroling at Granite Falls Bank! Dakota Language teams from Yellow Medicine East for taking first place and third place at the Dakota Langue bowl recently held at the Minnesota Indian Education Association conference in Welch, MN. Dear Yellow Medicine East Middle/High School student,

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to YOUR school. It is my hope that your experience here will be a positive one. It is my belief that by maximizing your involvement in our school's educational programs and activities, you will make your time with us productive and fulfilling. We will do all that we can to make this time a positive one that you can reflect on for many years to come.

YME Middle/High School houses grades 6 through 12 with approximately 400 students. The average class size is 26.  Our school offers you a wide range of programs and opportunities in both scholastic and extracurricular areas. Take this opportunity to experience, learn and enjoy as many of our offerings as possible. I encourage you to push yourself and see what you really can do.
