Air Quality/Energy Project
Following an air quality study required by the State of Minnesota, 85% of YME classrooms do not meet current air quality standards. The state legislature has given local School Boards the authority to levy for facility improvements to meet air quality standards and improve energy efficiency. At a special meeting on October 26 the YME School Board voted to move forward with a plan to make $14,000,000 in building improvements. Monday, February 8: Camouflage Day
Tuesday, February 9: Class Color Day
7th Grade - Blue
8th Grade - Green
9th Grade - White
10th Grade - Yellow
11th Grade - Black
12th Grade - Red
Staff - Lime Green
Wednesday, February 10: College Apparel Day
Thursday, February 11: Sting Pride Day
Coronation will be held on Monday, February 8 at 2:10 in the High School Auditorium.
Advisory Feud on Tuesday and Wednesday at the end of the day in the gymnasium.
Intramural Volleyball Championships on Thursday at the end of the day in the gymnasium.
$1.00 tickets will be sold before the Girls Basketball game on February 11 and the Boys Basketball game on February 12. for your chance to win a basketball autographed by the basketball teams. A table will be set up in the foyer of the gymnasium before the start of each varsity event. Proceeds will go to the Coaches for Cancer fund.
